Hat Closet Western Electric Pink 211 The small tan box holds a small switch to allow me to use one of 2 phone lines This is one of the very few rotary phones in my collection. I saw it on eBay and just couldn't resist. I spent a lot of time trying to decide where to display it without putting it out where it wouldn't fit. The closet works out in a utilitarian way being next to the alarm control panel. Large View

Celler Current setup still under construction See below for tempoarty descripton Large View
Celler 1A2, 641A (left) and 620A2 (right) Key Service Units (KSU) The 620A2 contains 3 working 400H, and 2 working 401A intercom KTUs (Key Telephone Units, those blue or gray rectangular cards in the upper sections. It takes 1 KTU for each phone line). The other KTUs are just to fill empty slots. Currently the 641A KSU is not being used. Eventually I hope to get the 409A KTU music on hold working. The small black box, upper center, contains 2 relays to operate the A1 circuits for the non-key phones throughout the house. Large View
My old system (what a mess) 1A2, 551B "shoebox" KSU (Key Service Unit). This system was upgraded to the above system in January of 2013. The old system in this photo contained 3 400H KTUs and 1 401B KTU for an intercom line. Large View |
