When at home, the trailer connects to my house phone system and while we are on the road these phones can answer our cell phones using a bluetooth accessory. The multi-line phones are running from a 1A2, 620A2 modular pannel in the trailer basement.
Because anything in a trailer has to be anchored down, the desk phones are bolted to the desk or shelf using a long screw through the phone base and held in place with a wing nut from underneath. Rather than drilling holes through the bases, I used existing holes to avoid damaging the original phone equipment.
Phones in our current trailer. For more photos of the trailer see our New Trailer galleryThese are the phones we had in our old 5th wheel travel trailer (sold in summer of 2016) and were fully functional.

Key Service Unit located in the storage area under the bedroom Western Electric 551C Key Service Unit with ringing frequency generator A key service unit operates the office type multi-line phone sets in my collection. This unit will operate 4 lines. Each phone line requires one of the circuit cards (known as Key Telephone Units or KTU). I have 3 phone lines and one direct to house line operating in the trailer. The direct to house line uses 2 415B, Automatic DC Signaling Private Line KTUs. Essentially, when one picks up that line, then the equivalent line rings on all the phones in the house and vis versa.
